I'm D.S.M., Mark Sheppeard (Doctor of Sacred Music). Our Mission and goal is to spread the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ according to II Peter 1:12 throughout our community,city,state and to all nations of the world by means of radio broadcasts and distribution of bibles. We desire to reachout and strengthen the lost,sick,diseased,and the dying. We also donate gift baskets and bibles to the deaf,visually impaired or handicapped and to prison inmates. We create gift baskets for cancer patients in MD.Anderson, St.Jude's, St.Luke's, and St. Joseph's Hospital. My Mission is to distribute bibles and audio bibles in as many languages to as many pastors & churches to as many nations possible.                                           

 My Vision    
Dear Friends, This is my personal testimony of how the Lord appeared to me and the visions which he showed me. It transpired on the 15th of May in the year of our Lord 2004. That morning Bro. Fermin Rodriguez ( Minister and my personal friend/mentor) were reading the Bible (The Word Of God) well into the afternoon for about 3 hours. About the ninth hour in Jewish time (3:00 PM) we went to Hancock Springs Park in Lampasas, Texas between Hwy 190W and F.M. 281. Beginning close to the Key Ave. Bridge beside the Creek called Sulpher we walked from east to west. Bro.Fermin had brough his camera that day and wanted to take some pictures of some Swans and Cranes which he did. About midway down beside the creek there were many mallard ducks and geese. I stopped to gaze a while and Fermin kept walking towards the main walking bridge which crosses over. While watching the ducks and geese the Spirit of the Lord quickened or inspired me and Suddenly, I saw and heard and saw a rustling like a whirlwind come into the sycamore tree from the north but the tree didn't appear to move. (This instance and event transpired in the life of Rev. William Branham when he was a young boy when, the voice spoke out of a sycamore tree as well in Jefferson-ville,In). Then, The Word of The Lord came unto me  and said, "Son of Man prophesy unto these ducks and command them to line up before your feet." So I did and waved my hand towards them and prophesied to them and the Spirit entered me and my whole body seemed to tingle from my head down ( I sam 16) They were swimming there in the creek and scattered and begin swimming away. At an Instance, I heard a great explosion and the earth quaked and I looked up saw the Heavens (sky) open and departed like a scroll when it is rolled together. Now, this was about the tenth hour in the afternoon; and as I looked into this portal: It was though I saw Stars, galaxies and planets. I could hear the sound of a great rushing like a train; and saw a great light as the sun moving towards this portal. It was a much greater light because, I remember seeing the sun in the sky west of me. Coming towards me I heard the still small voice speak to my right ear and said, "thats the Lord" and when he spoke those words I trembled and great fear came upon my soul. (We know the Lord dwells or sits in the North of the earth. Isaiah and ezekiel the prophets both spoke of satan's desire to emulate here: Isa ch. 14:13-14," I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will also sit upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north." James 1:17 says,"and cometh down from the Father of Lights." In Psalms David said,"he who sits upon the circle of the earth.") And I saw as the travelling throne of God moving. Watching with anticipation there, came a bright, clear as crystal river proceeding from the Throne and of the Lamb. (Ezekiel's river ch 47 also, the same river John saw and depicted (Rev. 22:1). Suddenly, as if a circuit came down like a forcible current, while it struck or smote those ducks; I watched as it pulled them together with force in a straight line. Within an instance they all 10 made a complete turn 270 degrees in the creek perfectly straight and swam before me like they we're tied together. As they were driven or magnetized closer to me beside the bank of the creek I said," In Jesus' Name come closer to me." and they did straightly and made obeisance with their heads bowed and becamse still or paralized.
